Embarrassing Moment 101

So its Post-Paeds trauma,

So what better way to wash away the blues with the warm sea breeze and sunny sunny sun. The right combination to brighten my day :) Like I've mentioned before when I was in cold cold Dublin, I'm like a solar panel, I recharge like Wall-E.

So here I am, enjoying my lunch and nice cold iced peach tea while reading a book that I've put aside for a year. Looking at kids playing in the water and all the jet skis buzzing around. It was a good relaxing day. Just what I needed. Including a nice colour on my skin.

So I decided my day is up and I proceed to pay the bill.

Jeng Jeng Jeng.....

To my horror...................................I left my purse at HOME!!!!!!!!!!

I went to car to see if I had any money.

Labcoat - 60 cents. I took my cash out during yesterday's short case. Dammit.

Coinbox - 2.50. Where the hell did all my money go?!

Glove compartment - 70 cents. Good thing for scraps of coins everywhere.

BUT still not enough to pay my 14.80 bill. So I went back to Sunset, gave the manager the 4.80 I had and apologies. Told him I stay close by and I'll be back in a jiffy.

I left my phone as hostage. Yes you read it right, my phone. I am one with my phone. Inseparable.

Drove home and back. Paid my embarrassing 10 bucks and got my phone back in my arms.

So that's the embarrassing story of the day!
